Chauffeur Drive Car rentals

• Pick and drop charges are only applicable for one way till 25 kms within the city. In case, the kms limit is crossed, extra kms charges will be applicable
  as per your choice of car.
• Extra kms and hours charges will be applicable if any to the limits is crossed beyond 4 hours(40 kms) & 8 hours(80 kms), Charges will differ as per your choice of car.
• All charges are on garage to garage basis.
• Parking fee, Toll tax, Interstate taxes if any are to be borne by the client at actual.
• Cars will be equipped with Good Music System, Mineral water bottles.
• Minimum distance for Outstation Travel should be 250 Kms/Day.
• Mode of Payment : 100 % Advance.
• Overnight Charges Rs. 250 / Night.

Self Drive Car rentals

• The Renter should be at least 21 years old for renting a Self Drive car and should also possess valid driving license for at least 2 years with no endorsement. Foreigners should possess a valid international driving license.
• Documents needed (with photo copies) to rent a Self Drive car:
  Driving License
  Passport/Adhar Card.(Only indian nationals)
  Company ID / Visiting Card.
  Credit Card. (Front Side Copy Only)
  Any of the one Address Proofs (Mobile Bill., Electricity Bill., Rent Agreement., Credit card statement.)

• Cost of fuel is to be borne by renter. The car will be supplied with a full tank and is to be returned with a full tank. if car is not returned with a full tank then fuel cost and 10% surcharge will be charged.
• The renter needs to refuel the car at the nearest fuel station of the delivery location and hand over the fuel receipt to the driver for confirmation.

• Pickup or Drop charges @ INR 499 for one way in all the cities.
• Unlimited km offered is only restricted to state limits selected by the clients. In case of change in travel destination & State other than selected by the client the respective destination rates will be applicable.
• If you cancel the reservation 24 hours or more before it is scheduled to start, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled in less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to start, you will be obligated to pay 25% of the full reservation amount.
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Theft Protection (TP) are not included in the rates. Your liability in case of an accident or theft of the vehicle is reduced to the extent of the non-waivable excess. CDW insurance can be provided for renters at Rs 500 per day.
• Garage Downtime (In case of accidents) will have to be borne by the renter.
• In case of any breakdown, replacement will be available till 50 KMs. from our nearest rental station
• Any Major damages will have to be borne by the Renter. Minor Damages like Minor Dents & scratches will be charged immediately from the renter along with the garage downtime. In case of tyre damaged due to tyre dragged in Puncture condition or Any Major Cut, prorata cost of the tyre will have to be borne by the Renter.
• Renter will be charged for a missing or lost accessories and tools of the rented car.
• A refundable deposit is applicable for all cars, which will be forfeited in case of accident / damage to the car & 3.5% Bank Settlement Charges are applicable.
• Deposits paid by Credit Card - The refund shall be processed in 2 business working days
• Deposits paid by Debit Cards - The refund shall be processed in 2 business working days but fund to reflect in your accounts, it might take 21 working days (as per the RBI guidelines )
• The non-waivable excess will be blocked on your credit card before the rental and charged as per actual damage if any, after the rental.

• Renter should posses a valid Credit Cards issued by a National / International Bank. The rent & the refundable deposit should be paid via
  Credit card only.

• The client will be fully responsible for daily upkeep, Police Challans, interstate taxes, minor maintenance, offenses or misuse of any kind of the car. The company will not be responsible for any kind of compensation or claims what so ever incurred.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Car needs to be Returned to the rental station by 11.30 pm /23.30 hrs cut off time, if any delay, 3 hours grace period is granted to return the car & if further delayed, booking will be extended to next day and "Daily Rates" will be applicable, Clients can avail early pick up facility (Subject to Car Availability) from 6pm to 10.00 pm at rs.500.00 extra.
